QUEEN ELIZABETH IS IN TURKEY
Turkey ready for historic Queen visit
Contrary to expectations, the British royalty's rules
are not that rigid and the Queen’s request was only for
sticking to times stated in the program, say Turkish sources.
President Gül is expected to wear a black tuxedo
at a state banquet in honor of the Queen.
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will begin
a historic visit to Turkey today for the first time since 1971,
with any misperceptions about rigid protocol procedures
having being cast aside.

The kite buggy is a light, purpose-built vehicle, it is single-seated and has one steerable front wheel and two fixed rear wheels. The driver sits in the seat located in the middle of the vehicle and accelerates and slows down by applying steering manoeuvres in coordination with flying manoeuvres of the kite.Kite Buggying can be practiced in any open area of ground such as large fields and airfields, however the best place to go is the beaches where the surface is usually flatter, smoother and the wind is stronger and more consistent. Buggy speeds of double the speed of the wind are common.
